During this 6 month-program we will meet in person or through video calls for the total of 12 sessions, 1 session every 2 weeks + UNLIMITED email and text message support which can go form 1 minute a day to 1 hour. This service is designed to meet your individual needs and reach your specific goals; together, we will dig deep into diet, spirituality, sexuality, creativity, body expression and all type of nourishment to generate self-love and acceptance.
